Remember the Sabbath Day, to Keep it Holy! (Shemot/Exodus 20:8)
This was the commandment from Hashem on Mount Sinai.
This day is also a seal and sign of Who your Creator is and to whom you belong.
So if you are His, you cannot Not keep Shabbat....then you just tore up your ketubah, your contract!
And NO, the '10 Commandments' were not meant to be a 'buffet' where we can choose what we like or what we want to do!

Never been to a Shabbat Seder?
For Westerners who did not grow up in a Jewish home, this is unfamiliar ground and might we feel really strange and the rituals surrounding the meal might be unnatural to us.
